Energy Audit Surveys - Walk through audits consists of defining energy efficient issues and determining an estimate for basic energy measures and/or a diagnostic audit. Includes a blower door test (not in free audit). Onsite one page Report includes summary of energy issues with basic energy solutions and estimate for diagnostic testing.
Energy Diagnostic Audits - includes the above with diagnostic pressure testing and Infrared equipment to technically quantify and analyze effective energy issues and solutions. Testing of the HVAC and Air Duct System is included. Reports include pictures and work order solutions to cost effectively retro-fit a building to conserve and monitor energy.
Comprehensive Home Performance Audit
This audit includes all the above with computer modeling to attain a HERS Rating to quanitfy and technically analyze the building. It also serves to verify energy efficiency retro-fits, EEM loans, sales marketing and tax discounts. Does not include a Energy Star Label.
Energy Star Ratings
The rating consist of many of the above standards and includes scientific modeling of the building to compare to 2006 IECC standards and verify qualifications for Energy Star Labeling.
